Asphalt Parking Lot Sealcoating and Striping

 This Save-A-Lot parking lot located on the Halls Ferry circle has just been completely sealcoated and striped, 10/23 - 10/24/05. There are a total of three businesses located within the strip mall. The parking lot is pie shaped and was divided in half before sealcoating and stripping could begin. This provided minimal disruption to the traffic and business. The parking is roughly 50,000 sq ft and was completed in just two days.

 In the two pictures above you can see how grey the parking lot looks and the lines have almost disappeared. 

 The next step is to block off the parking lot and move the traffic to one side. Once this is done the sealcoating can begin. The sealer is being applied with a sprayer. A three person crew is used. The crew rotates threw out the day sealcoating, driving the truck, and assisting where needed.

 On the morning of day two before the businesses open the newly sealcoated parking lot is stripe. Traffic is then routed to the newly striped side and the other side is sealcoated.

 Our work is completed. The parking lot has been sealcoated and all the lines have been painted. This parking lot has had a complete face lift from the sealcoating and striping. We wish the business owners the best of luck and feel their bottom line will improve with the bright fresh new look.
