On this page you will find answers about our procedures, services, discounts,
and guarantees. Our Help page is for people who are
"Do it yourselfers" and other contractors who perform services
that we do not provide.
Q; I have just had a new asphalt driveway installed about six
months ago, when should I get it sealcoated?
A; We suggest any time after three months. We do not recommend that
let you driveway go an entire year without be protected. Here in the midwest
we have hot summer days over 100 degrees and subzero days in the winter. If
your driveway is not protected you may start seeing cracks and potholes the
first year.
Q; Does anyone need to be there when you seal our driveway?
A; No one needs to be home for us to sealcoat you driveway. We do
offer seven days a week sealcoating for your convenience. You can mail in
your payment or tape it to the door.
Q; Do you offer free estimates?
A; Yes, we will come out and discuss the condition of your driveway
with you and recommend any repair work that may be needed. At that time we
will give you the price for the work. No one needs to be home, we can call
you that night with the facts and figures.
Q; How long before it dries?
A; You will be able to walk on your driveway in 2-4 hours and drive on
it in 24 hours. Your driveway will be blocked off to traffic once the
sealcoating is completed.
Q; My driveway has cracks, what can you do for them?
A; Cracks come in many sizes, and we offer different solutions
depending up on the size. Hairline or spider cracks there is nothing that
can be done for those. The sealer will fill them in but not make all them
completely disappear. A crack that is about 1/4 inch in width will be filled
with a trowel grade. Larger cracks we will fill with cold patch (asphalt)
the same as we use for potholes.
Q; What if it rains after my driveway has been sealed and washes some
of the sealer off?
A; That is our responsibility for not rescheduling the work. We will
come out and reseal your driveway at no cost to you. If it does look like
rain we will call and setup another appointment.
Q; Should I get my driveway sealcoated every year?
A; No, your driveway does not need to be sealed every year. A lot of
our customers do have theirs sealed on a yearly basics because they like the
look of the newly sealed driveway. We do recommend skipping a year
every now and then so the sealer does not start chipping off like
paint.
Q; Will you power wash the driveway before you seal it?
A; No, if you have a lot of dirt or mud on your driveway we suggest
you hose it off. We will prime any oil spots and use a wire broom to remove
some dirt and debris. If you have a problem with run off that has left a
large area with dirt or mud you will need to hose it off.
Q; Do you guarantee your work?
A; Yes, Driveways under normal use conditions
are guaranteed for one full year.
Normal use - No heavy equipment on your drive. No fluid leaking from a
vehicle. No chemicals or salt used to remove snow or ice from your driveway.
"All of these conditions can damage your asphalt".

your personal site or a charity that you would like to get a little extra
exposure for. Just a couple of rules. We will only link to G Rated sites,
