This home was up for sale when we sealed the driveway. The realtor suggested to have to get their drive seal coated to give the home better curb appeal.

When sealcoating we pour the sealant out on the asphalt. This allows for all the small cracks to be filled. When spraying on the sealer it just covers the cracks but does not fill them.
